Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 business days. International orders can typically take up to 15 business days.

Occasionally I may need further contact details to ship an order- If I don’t receive these and feel there is not enough information provided, I may (at my discretion) cancel the order and provide a full refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping information and I cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders where the address is incorrect or incomplete.

All orders are sent by a tracked or signed-for service, depending on service/s available to the destination. You will receive an email when your order is on its way.

For international shipping please be aware that there may be tax or customs charges, which are based on the value of the item/s purchased. If applicable, you may need to pay customs fees prior to, or on delivery of, your parcel.

If your parcel is lost or damaged please get in touch and I will assist in any way I can. Please supply any images showing damage, and quote the tracking number in your confirmation email.
